Make the Holidays a Little Easier

Holiday shopping should be exciting—not one giant December expense.

At Southwest Treasures and All Tribes Treasures, you have several ways to start shopping early, spread purchases out over time, pay digitally, or create something completely custom for the people on your list.

Choose from Holiday Layaway, Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, major debit and credit cards, cryptocurrency and more.

Different payment methods work differently, so use the guide below to find the option that makes the most sense for you.

Holiday Layaway — Put the Merry on Layaway

Want to get your holiday shopping started without paying for everything at once? Our in-store layaway program allows you to select as many eligible items as you would like, make a 20% down payment, and pay the remaining balance over an agreed period of time.

There is no additional layaway setup fee.

How Your Layaway Total Is Calculated

Full purchase price of all merchandise + applicable sales tax = Total Amount Due

Layaway merchandise is entered at its regular/full price. Regular discounts, coupons, Chile Points, promotional pricing and other offers do not apply to layaway purchases. The exception is an eligible 2026 Holiday Early Payoff Discount, described below.

Start With 20% Down

A down payment equal to 20% of the Total Amount Due, including applicable sales tax, is required when your layaway is established. Your merchandise is not placed on layaway until the required down payment has been made. The remaining balance after your 20% down payment determines the term options that may be available for the account.

Choose a Payment Term

Layaway terms may be available for approximately:

1 month  •  2 months  •  3 months  •  6 months  •  up to 1 year

The maximum term available depends on the remaining balance after your 20% down payment and will be established as part of your individual layaway agreement.

Payments may be scheduled:

Weekly  •  Every two weeks  •  Monthly

Your payment amount, frequency and final payoff date will be agreed upon when the layaway is created.

One Layaway at a Time

Each customer may have one active layaway account at a time. You may place multiple eligible items on the layaway when the account is created, but additional merchandise cannot be added after the layaway has been established. Your current layaway must be paid in full and completed before another layaway can be opened.

Please Choose Your Merchandise Carefully

Merchandise placed on layaway is held specifically for you and removed from normal availability. For that reason, all layaway transactions are final. There are no cancellations, refunds, store credits, returns, exchanges, trades, merchandise substitutions or item swap-outs on any layaway for any reason.

Staying Current on Your Layaway

Your payments must be made according to the payment schedule stated in your layaway agreement. If you miss a scheduled payment, your account enters default and it is your responsibility to bring the account back current.

If you know that a payment will be late, please call the store and make arrangements with us.

Three missed scheduled payments without contacting us or making a reasonable attempt to bring the account current will result in termination of the layaway. The merchandise will be forfeited and returned to store inventory, and all deposits and payments made toward the layaway up to that point will also be forfeited.

Likewise, your layaway must be paid in full within the time period stated in your term agreement. If the agreed term expires with an unpaid balance and a valid extension has not been granted, all merchandise, deposits and payments made toward the layaway are forfeited.

Need More Time?

In some circumstances, Southwest Treasures may agree to extend an existing layaway term. An extension is not automatic or guaranteed. To be considered for an extension, your payments through that point must have been made as agreed and the account must be fully caught up and current. If an extension is approved, a new term agreement must be accepted by both the customer and Southwest Treasures. Southwest Treasures and All Tribes Treasures are under no obligation to grant an extension.

Pay It Off Early & Save Even More

2026 Holiday Early-Payoff Savings

Open an eligible Holiday Layaway between September 15 and October 31, 2026, stay current with your agreed payments, and you may qualify for an additional discount on your remaining eligible layaway balance when you pay the account completely off early.

Only one early-payoff discount applies. Discounts do not stack. For example, paying your eligible balance off by November 25 earns the 15% discount—it does not combine with the later 10% or 5% offers.

To qualify for an early-payoff discount, qualifying payments must be made in store using cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

Merchandise already marked down is excluded. Early-payoff savings cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, discounts or offers, and Chile Points cannot be redeemed toward the promotional layaway payoff.

Shop Now. Pay Over Time with Shop Pay Installments

Not Ready for Layaway? Shop Now & Pay Over Time.

Layaway keeps the merchandise at the store while you make payments. Our third-party pay-over-time services work differently: when approved, you generally complete the purchase now and repay the financing provider according to the plan they offer you. Approval, spending limits, payment schedules, interest rates and other terms are determined by the individual payment provider—not by Southwest Treasures or All Tribes Treasures.

Buy Now. Pay Over Time with Shop Pay Installments

Eligible customers can use Shop Pay Installments, powered and serviced by Affirm, to divide qualifying purchases into smaller payments.

For eligible U.S. online purchases, Shop Pay Installments currently supports qualifying orders from $35 to $30,000. Available plans can include biweekly or monthly payments, and monthly financing may carry APR depending on the offer and customer eligibility.

For eligible in-store purchases at our retail location, you can scan a QR code generated at checkout on your smartphone and complete the Shop Pay Installments process on your device. Current guidance lists eligible in-store purchases from $50 to $20,000.

Your actual available plan and terms will be shown before you complete the purchase. You do not necessarily need to download the Shop app to use Shop Pay Installments.

Take It Home Today. Pay Over Time with Afterpay.

For eligible customers, Afterpay can divide an eligible purchase into four payments generally spread over six weeks.

For in-store use, Afterpay instructs customers to download the Afterpay app, create or sign into their account, set up the Afterpay Card, add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay, and then tap to pay at checkout. Your available spending amount and eligibility are determined by Afterpay.

Pay with PayPal — or See If Pay Later Is Available

You may also pay using PayPal. For eligible customers and qualifying transactions, PayPal may offer Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly.

Pay in 4 divides a qualifying purchase into four payments, with the first payment due at purchase and the remaining payments generally collected every two weeks. Pay Monthly offers longer monthly installment options and can include interest. Eligibility and the plans shown depend on the transaction and customer.

Choose PayPal when available and follow the PayPal prompts to see the options offered for your purchase.

Tap. Pay. Done. with Apple Pay

Apple Pay lets customers use an eligible card stored in Apple Wallet to make a contactless payment using compatible Apple devices.

There is no separate Apple Pay app to download. Apple Pay is built into supported Apple devices; on iPhone, cards are added through the Wallet app.

Scan & Pay with Cash App

Cash App Pay can be used with approved merchants online or in person. At supported in-store point-of-sale systems, the register can display a Cash App QR code. Open Cash App, scan the QR code and approve your payment.

Cash App Pay is a payment method—not the same thing as our layaway program.

Pay Directly From Your Bank with Zelle

Zelle is another convenient way to make a payment directly from an eligible U.S. bank or credit-union account. Zelle is a payment method—not a buy-now-pay-later or financing program. The payment is transferred through a participating financial institution.

Most customers now access Zelle directly through their bank or credit union's mobile app or online banking service. Zelle is currently available through more than 2,400 bank and credit-union apps.

Ask a sales associate for the correct Southwest Treasures payment information before sending your payment. There is no need to download a separate Zelle app—use Zelle through your bank's existing app or online banking service.
