Processing Time


All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the listing description. Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time to prepare. Custom furniture orders typically require 4–6 weeks for completion prior to shipment.


Shipping Carriers


We ship primarily through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping upgrades and expedited delivery options are available at checkout when possible.


Furniture Deliveries


Free local delivery is available through Southwest Treasures for all New Mexico furniture purchases.


Furniture requiring delivery outside of New Mexico is typically shipped via freight or private third-party delivery services.

Delivery times and rates for furniture vary depending on distance, carrier, and item size. Buyers will be contacted to arrange delivery details once the order is placed.



Estimated Delivery Times


Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days


International Orders: 1–4 weeks (delivery times may vary by country, customs clearance, and carrier delays)



Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed once the item leaves our shop.


Tracking Information


All domestic orders include tracking numbers, which will be provided via Etsy once your item has shipped. International orders may have limited tracking depending on destination.


Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Some items include free shipping or flat-rate shipping, as indicated on their listings.


Packaging


Each order is safely and thoughtfully packaged using eco-friendly or recycled materials whenever possible. Fragile and artisan items are double-wrapped or boxed for added protection.


Customs & Import Taxes


Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. All Tribes Treasures is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


Lost or Delayed Packages


While we are not responsible for delays or lost items once they are in the carrier’s possession, we will gladly assist in filing a claim or helping you locate your package. Please contact us if you have not received your order within a reasonable timeframe.


Shipping Address


Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We cannot reroute packages once shipped and are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

For customers near our physical locations, local pickup may be available upon request. Please message us
