Our Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in new, unused condition — unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Holiday Orders: Items purchased between December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2025 may be returned within 21 days of receipt.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges We accept exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Label: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Restocking Fee: None.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
