Tell us what you would like to create, your preferred drop-off and completion dates, and whether you want in-store pickup or shipping. We will review the details and follow up to confirm scheduling, artwork requirements, and your personalized quote.
Requests are not confirmed appointments. We will confirm availability and turnaround before production begins.

What to include in your request
Use the contact form below. Include the following information in the message box so we can prepare an accurate quote and confirm your dates:
- Personal or business: your name, preferred email and phone number. For business requests, add company, contact name, and optional purchase order or tax-exemption information.
- Service and project: category, item or material, customer-supplied or store-supplied item, dimensions, quantity, colors, and any finishing or packaging requests.
- Artwork: tell us whether you have a ready-to-use design, need us to create or vectorize artwork, want a digital proof, or need font/style recommendations.
- Scheduling: preferred drop-off date and time, ideal completion or pickup date, and your firm event deadline, if applicable.
- Delivery: in-store pickup or shipping. If shipping, include your destination city and ZIP code for an estimate.
- Budget: optional target budget and any other important project details.
Artwork and file submission
Have photos, a logo, SVG, EPS, PDF, or other design files? For now, send artwork separately to info@alltribestreasures.com with the name you use on this request. We will match your files to your project.
Artwork upload directly in this form is not yet available. Files may be reviewed for production suitability; low-resolution images can require recreation or vector preparation.
Your project timeline
After receiving your request, we review the specifications and confirm your drop-off or shipping arrangements. When applicable, we send a design proof for approval and a separate invoice for payment. We then confirm your estimated turnaround and contact you when your project is ready for pickup or shipping.
Requested dates are preferences, not reserved slots. Turnaround depends on project complexity, material availability, artwork approval, payment, and receipt of any customer-supplied items. Tell us about urgent deadlines before placing your request.
