Size and bed fit
Use the 90-inch side across the mattress and the 90-inch side from head to foot. On a standard US Queen mattress measuring 60 × 80 inches, the blanket extends approximately 15 inches beyond each side when centered. The length provides 10 inches beyond the mattress length in total; placement determines the head and foot coverage. Mattress depth, tucking and placement affect the visible drape.
Reversible front and back
The front features your selected palette in the Converging Arrows layout. Turn it over for a black-dominant geometric reverse with turquoise forms, cream bands and red-orange accents. Choosing another front color does not create a separately selectable reverse color.
Nine front color options
- Light Blue / Aquamarine
- Cream / Champagne Quartz
- Lavender / Kunzite
- Teal / Turquoise
- Gray / Hematite
- White / Marble
- Purple / Amethyst
- Sky Blue / Celestite
- Red / Cinnabar
Design overview
Opposing arrows face inward toward a shared center. Stepped medallions and framed bands alternate with diamond details and rows of small triangles. Aquamarine’s denser repeat and Celestite’s vertical arrangement remain distinct.
Pattern language and symbolism
Within this collection’s contemporary Protection & Defense story, confronted arrows suggest a guarded center, mirrored forms suggest balance, and repeating diamonds and stepped shapes create rhythm and continuity. These meanings describe the visible composition and personal interpretation, rather than verified cultural provenance or protective effects.
Chief Joseph style comparison
The confronted arrows, stepped geometric forms and repeating diamond accents are reminiscent of Pendleton’s Chief Joseph blankets. This blanket uses its own recycled-polyester construction, silk-touch finish and color palettes. It is not manufactured by or affiliated with Pendleton.
