Choose a name, family name, initials, monogram, date, short message, family crest, authorized logo, line-art design, or suitable photo. Text may contain up to 60 characters / 11 words. Image orders include one approved design repeated on all four coasters. Ready-to-engrave EPS, SVG, AI, or vector PDF files are preferred; a clear, high-resolution JPG, JPEG, or PNG may also be accepted after suitability review and conversion.

Photo and raster artwork is converted into a simplified monochrome engraving design, so fine detail, shading, backgrounds, and very small text may be adjusted or removed. Complex restoration, original artwork creation, multiple different designs across the set, or extensive cleanup requires a custom quote.

ORDERING AND PROOF APPROVAL

1. Choose Text / Monogram or Image / Artwork and select a design style when one is offered.
2. Enter the exact personalization, including capitalization, punctuation, and date format.
3. For an image order, upload one artwork file through the product-page upload field.
4. Approve the proof when required. Production begins after approval; delayed replies can extend processing.

ARTWORK RIGHTS

You must own the submitted artwork or have permission to reproduce it. We cannot produce copyrighted art, trademarks, characters, celebrity likenesses, or other protected content without appropriate authorization.
